With a THIRD of the season played, the 2016 Yankees have a LONG way to go
to get back in the race.
At 25-29 the Yanks are in 4th Place in the A.L. East. They are 7 games out of
1st in the loss column and 1 game out of last place.
Before the season started, I listed my 3 Keys to the season ..

Well let’s see where we are exactly 1/3 through the season :
Concern for Tex staying healthy … CHECK
Concern for Offense continuing w/ low Batting Averages …. CHECK
Concern for starters going on DL … Not Yet
The odds of the Yankees battling back into contention are not good,
and if 1 or 2 of the Starters go on the DL in next third of the season,
it will be … TIME TO PUNT !!
